The Canada storefront displays Canadian-dollar (CAD) reference prices only. They are not a live offer while checkout is closed; final selling prices and applicable taxes will be confirmed before launch.

Delivery charges, applicable sales tax and any regional surcharge have not been finalized. All charges will be shown before live orders are accepted.

Payment

CAD card checkout through Stripe has not yet been enabled or verified. Intended card, local and USDT methods will be listed only after availability and account eligibility are confirmed.

Planned local delivery and service

The Canada storefront is being prepared for dispatch within Canada, with Canada-based after-sales and warranty service. The provider, coverage, delivery time and service process are not yet verified and will be published before orders can be accepted.

Returns

A Canada-based return and support channel is planned. Its address, eligibility, time limit and process will be confirmed before launch; no live Canada orders are currently accepted.

Warranty

Proposed seller warranty is 12 months for UBOX 12 and 24 months for SVI Cloud 15P, with local Canada service planned. Final coverage and process will be stated on the product page before sales open.
