Returns

For an incorrect item, transit damage or hardware fault on arrival, contact support within 8 days and keep the packaging, accessories and unboxing evidence. Confirmed seller-responsible returns are covered by the seller. Unopened change-of-mind returns require prior approval; return shipping and payment fees are borne by the customer. Used, incomplete, serial-damaged or customer-damaged items are not eligible for discretionary return. The warranty shown on each product page applies.
