AIMax Idea CO. Ltd. uses personal data as needed for orders, delivery, payment verification, returns and abuse prevention.

Information collected

We may collect name, email, phone, delivery address, ordered products, payment method, and order, delivery and support history. Card number, expiry and CVC are processed on Stripe's payment page and are not stored by this site. We never ask for a USDT private key or recovery phrase.

How it is used

For order handling, delivery, identity and payment checks, refunds, warranty, support, legal duties, abuse prevention and service improvement.

Planned Canada-local service

The Canada storefront is being prepared for dispatch, after-sales and warranty service through Canada-based providers. These arrangements are not yet verified or live. Provider details and any necessary data sharing will be disclosed before Canada orders are accepted.

Service providers

Stripe may process payments, a read-only Binance API may verify USDT deposits, and Cloudflare may provide delivery and storage. Only the minimum information needed for each task is shared.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept only as long as needed for accounting, tax, legal or dispute purposes. Data without a legal retention duty is deleted or anonymized after its purpose is complete.
